Alex Lyons has led hundreds of business intelligence (BI) research, analysis, and consulting engagements for IntelliSight Partners.

Many of the research projects involved attending medical conferences and interviewing industry stakeholders to address specific research questions. Other projects involved conducting deep dive research and analysis on topics such as clinical trial details, regulatory strategy, and positioning and messaging of products in a number of therapeutic areas.

The consulting projects include helping biotech and pharmaceutical companies enhance their BI capabilities.
Prior to founding IntelliSight Partners in 2007, Alex designed, built, and led competitive intelligence (CI) processes at Amgen in the U.S. and internationally in oncology and nephrology.
